The Opportunity As part of the Operations Consulting team you will lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of a scalable healthcare analytics platform serving payer clients. As a Director you will set the strategic direction, drive business growth, and maintain impactful executive-level client relations while mentoring the next generation of leaders. Responsibilities * Mentor and develop future leaders within the team * Confirm the platform meets reliable standards of reliability and performance * Oversee the technical architecture and roadmap for analytics capabilities * Work with cross-functional teams to implement leading practices What You Must Have * Bachelor's Degree * At least 10 years of experience in healthcare data analytics What Sets You Apart * Master's Degree in Health Administration, Computer Science, Public Health preferred * Experience in management consulting or professional services * Familiarity with Blues plan operations and Medicaid/Medicare analytics * Background in defining clinical quality metrics and care gaps * Experience in analytics for performance measurement in care contracting * Proficiency in building scalable healthcare analytics platforms * Demonstrated ability in leading data science and engineering teams * Actively engaging in business development and client collaboration * Possessing a proven command of health plan clinical and operational data * Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern data stack tools * Demonstrating a proven track record as a product owner or technical product lead Travel Requirements Up to 80% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
