Executive Admissions Representative

Working remotely full-time, the Executive Admissions Representative will engage with prospective students through calls and interviews, providing information about programs and assisting with the enrollment process while meeting performance standards. Key responsibilities: Interact with prospective students via inbound and outbound calls to provide information and schedule interviews Conduct student interviews and advise on suitable programs based on student needs and qualifications Provide guidance and support to students throughout the admissions process, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred One year of experience as a Senior Admissions Representative or two years in customer service, telemarketing, or sales Demonstrated ability to fulfill key behavioral expectations of the company Excellent presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
