They are responsible for using various types of equipment such as loading carts, transfer pumps and forklifts. They will also be responsible to ensure an accurate, safe and timely delivery of product based on the training conducted by the Branch Manager or his/her delegate. Competitive wage at $21 to 23.50/hour DOE and great benefits!/ppEssential Functions/pulliAssist in the loading of customer trucks with finished product using proprietary loading carts, as required, assuring a safe, accurate and timely delivery of products./liliEquipment operations and training./liliMaintain a clean work area./liliPerform preventative maintenance tasks as directed./liliMust be able to meet call-in requirements./liliBe responsible and dependable to report to work at the scheduled time./liliBe a team member who will complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner, and be conscientious about assignments./liliMaintain a team environment with other employees and departments./liliMaintain a high level of customer service and friendly atmosphere./liliComplete any and all tasks assigned by the Manufacturing Production Supervisor./li/ulpEducation Experience Requirements/Competencies/ppTo perform the essential functions of this position successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:/pulliHS diploma or equivalent is required./liliExperience in truck loading and unloading; warehouse experience very helpful./liliForklift certification is preferred but not required./liliKnowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook, and the ability and willingness to learn new software applications./liliExcellent organizational skills, communications skills, ability to multi-task, and most importantly, work well in a team environment./li/ulpWork Environment/Physical Requirements/ppThis position is largely self-directed and requires the understanding of company policy, procedures, and values. Team members will be required to adhere to all safety requirements in all work environments. This position operates in a warehouse environment and may be exposed to noise, heat/cold, and other elements while performing the duties of this position.
