Communications Manager, IGT

Job Title: Communications Manager, IGT In this role, you will be focused on delivering the communications program for Philips’ Image Guided Therapy (IGT) Business. You will deliver high‑quality internal and external communication services to leadership and the global employee base, including employee engagement, customer experience, thought leadership and transformation programs. Responsibilities Manage integrated communications and brand activities in the IGT Business and its two Business Units. Create compelling communications content across internal and external channels (articles, newsletters, presentations, social content). Support and coordinate leadership communications initiatives, presentations and employee engagement activities. Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness of programs and campaigns. Support key internal and external events, including key trade/business events. Work with agencies to ensure objectives are met and budgets are on target. Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders across a matrixed organization. Qualifications 3+ years of communications experience, preferably in healthcare and/or technology. Experience managing communications processes across a matrixed organization. Strong project management, organization, written and oral communication skills. Digital editing skills are a bonus. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Brand Management or equivalent (Master’s degree preferred). Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment. Physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements (as described). Additional Information Remote work is not available; this is an office role in Cambridge, MA. US work authorization is a precondition of employment. Relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. Must reside within commuting distance to Cambridge, MA.
