Deburring Technician We are seeking a skilled Deburring Technician to join our team, focusing on deburring machined parts and assisting machinists in their tasks. Responsibilities Deburr machined parts to ensure smooth finishes and precision. Assist machinists in setting up and operating milling machines and CNC machines. Measure, examine, or test completed units to check for defects and ensure conformance to specifications using precision instruments such as micrometers and calipers. Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, or materials onto machines. Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process to ensure optimal performance. Essential Skills Experience in setting up machines, including milling machines and CNC machines. At least 1 year of deburr experience. Proficiency in using precision instruments such as micrometers and calipers. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to work with precision and attention to detail. Strong understanding of machining processes and equipment. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, KS. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
