We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Pre-Kindergarten (PreK) Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in their earliest educational experiences. As a Licensed PreK Teacher, you will be responsible for designing engaging lesson plans, implementing developmentally appropriate activities, and fostering a safe, inclusive space where every child can thrive. Your expertise in early childhood education will help lay the groundwork for future academic success and social growth while supporting and overseeing an additional PreK classroom. *Responsibilities** Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to support holistic childhood development.
* Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and positive social interactions among children.
* Manage daily classroom activities with effective behavior management strategies to promote respectful and cooperative behavior.
* Conduct assessments (TSG) to monitor each child's progress, including standardized testing and informal evaluations, adjusting instruction as needed.
* Collaborate with families and colleagues to support early intervention efforts and address individual learning needs, especially in special education contexts.
* Incorporate age-appropriate teaching techniques for toddlers and preschoolers, including lesson planning for early intervention programs.
* Maintain accurate records of student development, attendance, and behavioral observations to ensure compliance with childcare standards and educational guidelines. *Qualifications** Valid state certification as a licensed Pre-Kindergarten teacher or equivalent credential in early childhood education.
* Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, demonstrating strong classroom management skills.

* Familiarity with curriculum development, literacy education, and standardized testing procedures.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
