An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a skilled litigation associate to join the New York office of a leading national labor and employment practice. About the Role In this position, you will focus on high-stakes employment litigation, taking on significant responsibility in complex wage and hour matters. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Litigating sophisticated wage and hour class actions and collective actions. Drafting and arguing key motions, including motions to decertify conditional classes. Preparing witnesses for depositions, as well as taking and defending depositions. Managing multiple litigation projects simultaneously from inception through resolution. Conducting advanced legal research and writing to formulate creative, aggressive case strategies. Partnering closely with team members and clients to deliver top-tier service and legal counsel. What We’re Looking For Must Have: 3 to 5 years of dedicated employment litigation experience. Proven proficiency handling wage and hour class and collective actions. Active New York State bar license in good standing. Strong academic credentials paired with excellent writing, research, and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a highly collaborative team. A proactive, self-starting approach with a strong commitment to professional development.
