Location: Buffalo, NY 14213

Duration: 105 weeks

Work Schedule: Day 7:30 AM4:00 PM Night 11:45 PM7:45 AM Evening 3:55 PM11:55 PM

Pay rate: $35 - $38/hr on W2.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Medication administration and specimen collection;
• Attentiveness to patients' medical and other needs;
• Provision of nursing treatments;
• Gather patient measurements, signs and symptoms;
• Conduct building checks for safety hazards and ensuring patient safety;
• Crisis intervention;
• Complete documentation in patient electronic medical records, as well as staff communication logs and other required forms as needed;
• File patient record forms in the appropriate location within the record;
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Valid New York State LPN license issued by the New York State Education Department.
• Ability to work required weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to comply with NYS OASAS and ATC policies.
• Successful completion of all required background and screening processes.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and provide an I-9 for verification.
