$140,000-$160,000 base salary (depending on experience)

This role offers broad exposure across financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis while partnering closely with leadership to support business growth and operational decision-making. You'll play a key role in enhancing reporting, improving forecast accuracy, and supporting public company initiatives within a collaborative environment. Responsibilities include:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across revenue, operating expenses, and capital investments.
• Develop financial models and reporting packages to support strategic planning, KPI analysis, and executive decision-making.
• Analyze business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities while providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Partner cross-functionally with accounting and operational teams to improve forecast accuracy and financial visibility.
• Support public company reporting, board materials, internal controls, and continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tools.

Requirements:

• Manufacturing experience required
• Public Company experience required
• Bachelors in accounting or finance required
