Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: Outpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: 2 years current Physical Therapy experience required; Outpatient experience required; Inpatient experience highly preferred. License: Active American Heart Association BLS required; All licenses/certs must be current and in hand at time of submission. Certifications: BLS (AHA) Must-Have: Physical Therapy skills checklist required; 1 supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment required; Permanent address must be included in submission; RTO must be listed in submission. Description: Physical Therapist needed for hospital-based outpatient and inpatient acute swing. 30 hours per week - 3 days of 10-hour shifts, scheduled Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Candidates should look into housing options prior to applying. No new graduates will be considered for this position. Physical Therapy skills checklist is a requirement. A supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment is mandatory. An active BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.
