Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers and coordinate loads
• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers
• Track shipments and provide status updates
• Resolve delivery and scheduling issues
• Enter and maintain load information
• Assist with planning and routing

Qualifications

• Dispatching, logistics, or trucking experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly
• Basic computer skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
