Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee the daily operations in our newly remodeled office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative processes, property inspections, managing office resources, and providing support to board members, staff and tenants. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization.
Duties
- Oversee the use of phone systems and ensure proper communication protocols are followed.
- Develop and maintain office management procedures, including files and documents.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Coordinate event planning for meetings, conferences, parking tags and pool badges and annual meeting.
- Serve as a point of contact for tenants and vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Skills
- Proficiency in office management practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with company Web Site.
- Competence in using various office software applications for administrative purposes.
