Equipment OperatorLocation: Midland, Texas, USAEmployment Type: ContractAbout the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated and safety-conscious Equipment Operator to join a leading company in the heavy industrial sector. In this role, you will contribute to delivering safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery to customers, identifying opportunities for improvement, and assisting field and maintenance crews with equipment preparation.ResponsibilitiesEnsure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members.Maintain good, safe working order of equipment according to standards, reporting problems or deviations.Ensure individual and crew work safety.Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down times.Operate the equipment according to competency level and job requirement.Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.Maintain the required safety training.RequirementsClass A CDL with no restrictions.Open to any experience level, including newly licensed CDL drivers.Must be reliable, punctual, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.Strong ability to follow direction.Minimum of high school diploma or GED.Who We AreSGF Global is an integrated talent solutions provider, offering staffing, recruitment, Employer of Record (EOR), nearshore, and consulting services across a wide range of industries in 35 countries.
