Together, we can shape the future of these industries and achieve remarkable success.Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer Your contribution to the team: Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks. A passion for design and hands-on coding experience A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholdersRequired Skill and ExperienceConfigure and support: • General Ledger (GL)• Accounts Payable (AP)• Accounts Receivable (AR)• Asset Accounting (AA)• Bank Accounting• Manage: • Financial closing activities (month-end/year-end)• Intercompany transactions• Financial reporting and balance sheet reconciliation• Bank Communication ManagementPreferred Skill and Experience• Proven experience as an SAP FICO Functional Consultant• Deep functional knowledge of finance and controlling processes in complex SAP landscapes.• Experience with financial month-end/year-end closing processes and integration with logistics modules (MM, SD).• Proven experience as an SAP FICO Functional Consultant• Deep functional knowledge of finance and controlling processes in complex SAP landscapes.• An ability to write and validate functional specifications and conduct end-user testing and training.Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
