This role plays a critical part in ensuring the platform’s reliability, performance, and security, while also providing essential basic engineering and operational support.The ServiceNow Administrator Senior manages core ITSM applications, troubleshoots platform issues, and helps automate internal business processes. The role also includes light development and customization to enhance functionality and support evolving business needs.
