Registered Nurse (RN) - L&D

Contract Labor & Delivery RN – Labor & Delivery

Schedule: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts

Assignment Details: Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• Active RN license (valid state license)
• Minimum 2 years recent Labor & Delivery experience
• Circulator experience
• Familiarity with vaginal deliveries, C-sections, postpartum recovery, newborn stabilization
• Certifications: BLS, NRP, fetal monitoring

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide care for laboring patients, postpartum mothers, and newborns.
• Assist in vaginal deliveries and C-section procedures, including circulation and recovery.
• Stabilize newborns and triage obstetrical patients.
• Conduct sterile vaginal exams and provide postpartum care.
• Utilize external fetal monitoring in patient assessments.
• Monitor and manage central lines and insulin drips as required.
