This is a W-2 position with AJR Logistics LLC. You will be employed by AJR Logistics, not Amazon
. Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $22.00/hour
- Overtime: Paid at 1.5× your hourly rate after 40 hours worked in a 7-day work week
- Annual Earnings: Approximately $45,000–$66,000+

Touch Home After Every Run – Most routes include one overnight before returning home, providing predictable home time and a consistent schedule.
Consistent Rotating Schedule – Work 3 shifts one week and 4 shifts the next , with consistent year-round freight and opportunities for additional shifts and overtime.
100% No-Touch Amazon Freight

What You'll Do- Haul 100% no-touch Amazon freight using modern Amazon equipment.
- Work a minimum of 39 scheduled hours per week, with opportunities for additional shifts and overtime.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Deliver freight safely, professionally, and on time.
- Follow all DOT, FMCSA, Amazon Relay, and company safety standards.
- At least 21 years old
- Valid Class A CDL
- Meet Amazon Freight Partner eligibility requirements
- Pass a DOT physical, pre-employment drug screen, and background check
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Comfortable using smartphones, GPS, and Amazon Relay technology
- Safety-focused with a professional attitude
