Finance Automation Specialist

Driving finance automation and AI integration, the full-time remote Finance Automation Specialist will lead process enhancements, provide SaaS advisory for growth, and oversee cross-functional projects while supporting user training and documentation efforts. Key responsibilities Lead finance automation initiatives and identify AI-driven opportunities to optimize workflows Provide guidance on finance tools and ensure compliance through AI and machine learning solutions Create training materials and conduct workshops to promote system adoption and best practices Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT-based Business Administration, or equivalent; a Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus 7+ years of experience in finance operations with direct responsibility for finance systems and processes Experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar Strong analytical skills focused on system optimization and scalable process improvements Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is preferred
