Senior Full Stack Developer

Role Description

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end solutions across a range of projects. Your responsibilities include:

• Building high quality user experiences while engineering robust, scalable, and secure systems, APIs, and integrations.
• Taking ownership of technical delivery from initial discovery through to deployment.
• Collaborating closely with designers, project managers, and clients to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable, and well-structured technical solutions.
• Maintaining clear, proactive communication in ambiguous, fast-moving project environments.
• Applying a methodical approach to problem solving with a genuine passion for technology.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-stack development experience, with solid fundamentals across front end and back end.
• Knowledgeable in frontend languages (e.g. HTML, CSS/SCSS/Tailwind, JavaScript/TypeScript, frameworks like React and Next).
• Backend languages (Node.js or PHP).
• Strong experience in JavaScript/Next.js headless CMS ecosystems.
• API Integration (REST, GraphQL).
• GIT workflows, CI/CD automation.
• Cloud services (e.g. AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Solid understanding of software architecture and system design principles.

Requirements

• Experience working within a fast-paced agency or client-facing environment.
• Evidence of architectural/infrastructure planning with clients and ability to lead technical direction.
• Full stack/tech agnostic approach - able to work across/adapt to new technologies.
