Associate Director/Sr. Manager, Health Economics & Outcomes Research-Oncology

Natera seeks an Associate Director/Senior Manager of Health Economics & Outcomes Research for its oncology division. The role focuses on developing health economic models and real-world evidence to demonstrate clinical and economic value of precision diagnostics, while collaborating across medical affairs, commercial, and regulatory functions to support market access and reimbursement strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead development and validation of health economic models supporting precision diagnostics
Partner with clinical development teams to integrate HEOR objectives into prospective studies
Analyze clinical trial and real-world datasets to evaluate healthcare resource utilization and outcomes
Direct HEOR publication strategy including peer-reviewed manuscripts and scientific presentations
Translate economic and clinical evidence to support payer adoption and reimbursement decisions

Requirements

Extensive HEOR experience with demonstrated expertise in health economic modeling
Proficiency in budget impact, cost-effectiveness, and cost-utility analysis methodologies
Strong cross-functional collaboration and scientific communication abilities
Experience integrating HEOR into clinical development and evidence generation strategies
Knowledge of payer, reimbursement, and health technology assessment requirements
Publication track record in peer-reviewed health economics or outcomes research
