Human Resources Generalist

Senior HR Generalist LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join a growing organization. This role is ideal for a human resources professional with a broad background across HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, and talent support, who is looking to make an impact in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring a hands‑on approach to HR operations while supporting key initiatives that drive employee engagement and organizational success. Responsibilities Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel records management. Serve as a subject matter expert for HR compliance across a multi-state operation. Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and documentation. Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and employee communications. Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and assisting with candidate communication. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain and update HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy of employee data and reporting. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs. Partner with leadership to support performance management processes, including reviews and employee development plans. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and company culture efforts. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar HR role. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements. Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
