We are seeking a bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist** to join our team! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires. Responsibilities:**- Screen, recruit, interview, and onboard potential employees
- Guide contract employees through the onboarding process
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Accurately maintain employee files
Qualifications: - Bilingual, and previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Prior experience recruiting in the construction industry is a plus
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
