Technical Implementation & Sales Specialist - AR & AI

VIZBL is a technology company building advanced augmented reality, 3D visualization, and AI-powered Try-On solutions for commerce . Our technology enables brands and retailers to create interactive product experiences that help customers visualize and experience products before purchasing. We are looking for a Technical Implementation & Sales Specialist to join our Miami office. This is a unique role combining software development knowledge, technical implementation, client communication, and business development . We are looking for someone with a strong technical education who can quickly develop a deep understanding of VIZBL's technology and confidently communicate with both business and technical stakeholders. What You'll Do Develop a deep technical understanding of the VIZBL platform, including augmented reality, 3D visualization, AI Try-On, APIs, SDKs, and web integrations . Work with inbound leads to understand both their business requirements and technical environment. Conduct product demonstrations and explain VIZBL's technology to executives, e-commerce teams, developers, and other technical stakeholders. Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value and practical solutions for prospective clients. Help clients understand how VIZBL can be integrated into their websites and existing e-commerce infrastructure. Answer technical implementation questions and work closely with VIZBL's engineering team on more complex requirements. Support clients throughout the technical implementation process and help ensure successful launches. Identify the right VIZBL products and implementation approach for each client's specific use case. Manage and follow up with inbound opportunities throughout the sales process. Conduct a minimum of 50 outbound calls per dayto identify and develop new business opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM records, including client communication, opportunity stages, follow-ups, and next steps. What We're Looking For Degree or formal education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field. Strong understanding of software development fundamentals and web technologies. Ability to understand and work with APIs, SDKs, integrations, and technical documentation. Strong interest in AI, augmented reality, 3D technologies, computer vision, and e-commerce technology. Exceptional communication skills — you should be equally comfortable discussing implementation with a developer and explaining business value to a CEO or business owner. Strong client-facing and presentation skills. Commercial mindset and genuine interest in sales and business development. Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day in addition to handling inbound opportunities. Ability to learn complex technologies quickly and take ownership of client questions and implementation needs. Previous experience in a technical client-facing, solutions engineering, implementation, technical sales, or SaaS role is a strong advantage. Must be able to work in person from our Miami office. Who Will Succeed in This Role This role is ideal for someone with a strong software development background who also has exceptional communication and business skills. You should be able to understand complex technology quickly, communicate confidently with both developers and senior business stakeholders, and translate technical capabilities into clear solutions for clients. We are looking for someone who is technically strong, commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of client relationships from the first conversation through implementation. At VIZBL, you'll work directly with emerging technologies across augmented reality, AI-powered Try-On, 3D visualization, and e-commerce integrations, while playing an important role in both client success and business growth.
