About the Role

We're looking for a Social Media Manager to lead social media strategy and execution across multiple client accounts. You'll own content calendars, guide creative production, keep clients informed, and turn performance data into recommendations that improve results. You'll also run paid social campaigns based on approved promotion plans.

The ideal candidate brings creative judgment, strong organization, and dependable follow through, and is comfortable adapting to different industries, audiences, and brand voices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop social strategies aligned with each client's goals, audience, and brand.
• Build and manage content calendars, including approvals, scheduling, publishing, and quality control.
• Write platform-specific captions, creative briefs, and short-form video scripts.
• Develop Reel concepts, direct designers and content creators, and film or edit short-form video when needed.
• Lead social discussions in client meetings, present recommendations, and communicate progress.
• Oversee community engagement, including comments, messages, and escalation.
• Research trends, competitors, and audience behavior to identify opportunities.
• Analyze performance and prepare client reports with clear findings and next steps.
• Execute approved promotion plans by setting up, launching, and monitoring paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok, tracking delivery and spend against budget and flagging recommended adjustments.
• Support influencer partnerships and related deliverables.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of professional social media experience spanning strategy and execution.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts, preferably in an agency environment.
• A portfolio showing campaigns, short-form video, and measurable results, with your contribution clearly identified.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to adapt to different brand voices.
• Hands-on experience filming and editing Reels using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or platform-native editors.
• Experience setting up, launching, and monitoring paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok
• Ability to interpret analytics and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Strong client communication, presentation, and creative briefing skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and deadline management.
