Now Hiring: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Part-Time
Magnolia Gardens Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation

We’re looking for a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide quality, hands-on care and help our residents achieve their therapy goals in a skilled nursing setting.
Position DetailsStatus: Part-Time
Shift: Day shift preferred; scheduling flexibility may be available
Setting: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility
Follow treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist
Provide one-on-one and group therapy to residents
Document daily notes, treatment progress, and billing
Assist with discharge planning and patient education
Communicate with the therapy team, nursing staff, and families
Participate in care meetings and facility initiatives
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current state licensure as a PTA
Prior long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist residents as needed
Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
