Responsibilities:
- Lead 10 people, including a highly technical team of software engineers
- Work closely with the CTO and a Salesforce admin
- This is not a technical role, but it requires a technical background
- Drive end‑to‑end delivery of software projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope are met
- Partner closely with Product, QA, DevOps, Sales, and Marketing teams, as well as senior leadership, to align on priorities and roadmaps
- Improve engineering processes and workflows
Must-Have Experience:
- Must have managed a team of 5+ developers/engineers for at least 3 years
- Must have hands‑on experience with Salesforce and Seismic
- Must have partnered closely with Sales and Marketing teams
- Must be able to work on-site in Boston twice per week
- Must have experience working in the professional services industry, ideally in finance
