ABOUT THIS AUTOMOTIVE SALES ASSOCIATE - PRODUCT SPECIALIST ROLE
In your role as an Automotive Sales Associate - Product Specialist, you'll be on the move, greeting customers, asking the right questions, and identifying the best vehicle to meet their needs. You assist with test drives, clearly explaining key features and benefits so buyers feel confident in their choices. Your role is hands-on, guiding buyers from initial interest through the paperwork process, then handing off final steps to the finance team. Your day also includes setting monthly goals that align with dealership benchmarks and attending ongoing training sessions to stay sharp and informed.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN AUTOMOTIVE SALES ASSOCIATE - PRODUCT SPECIALIST
- Valid driver's license
- Possess a genuine attitude, desire, work ethic, and a high level of competency
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work retail hours (sometimes up to 10-12 hours a day)
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods
- Ability to attend all scheduled training sessions
