Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active NJ state license or ability to obtain required state license prior to the assignment start.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Professional skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience is required.
• Must meet facility productivity expectations as specified by the client. (Client-specific requirement.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel PTA experience in post-acute or long-term care settings.
• Experience with electronic medical records used in SNF settings.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0830-1630.
• Work schedule: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
