Work Schedule Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. The Opportunity The Deposit Ops Specialist IV serves as a primary contact for the resolution of various complex operational issues. The Work Itself This role is responsible for various in-depth transactions, reviews and audits in the Bank. The role must ensure a high level of customer service and process decisions while minimizing risk to Ally Bank. The must compile with all statutes and requirements. This role recommends procedure/policy changes needed to avoid/reduce future new account issues. Qualifications 1+ years' experience in financial services preferred. Bachelor Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments. Able to prioritize and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Base Pay Range Base Pay Range $47,840.00 - $75,000.00 An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications.
