Registered Nurse (RN) | $45-$55/hour | Sequim Bay Post Acute

Sequim Bay Post Acute is looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care team! If you're passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and want to make a real difference in residents' lives, we'd love to talk to you. Earn $45-$55/hour based on experience, with day and evening shifts available.

What You'll Do

• Complete thorough patient assessments and build individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, per protocol

• Monitor patient conditions closely and communicate changes promptly to physicians and the care team

• Partner with an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, effective care

• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant patient records

• Support quality improvement initiatives that raise the bar on patient care and safety

• Offer emotional support and a caring presence for patients and their families

What You'll Need

• Active RN license in Washington State

• Experience in patient care management and coordination

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and the care team

• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
