Receptionist

We are currently looking for a Part-Time Receptionist tojoin our enthusiastic team at Paul's Run.

Key job responsibilities include :

• Provide professional, courteous, and pleasant phone procedure and greeting processes for all visitors, residents, and staff.
• Ensure that visitors register with security and receive an EZ Lobby visitor pass. Process visitor passes in the absence of security.
• Answer console quickly and courteously. Screen and transfer telephone calls to proper personnel.
• Acknowledge EPC and smoke alarm panel without delay. Contact Wellness or Personal Care nursing and security.
• Check e-mail during shift.
• Accept deliveries and log received packages and medication deliveries. Ensure signature by resident in logbook upon pick up.
• Evening receptionist must review the "missing from dinner" list and notify security of any missing resident.

Shift/Schedule available :

• Part-Time 8:00am-2:00pm and 2:00pm-8:00pm weekends.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous public contact work.
