IT Support Specialist

Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft 365 applications.

Create, modify, and disable user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.

Respond to and resolve end-user support requests using the help desk ticketing system.

Provide professional, hands-on technical support to both office and shop floor employees.

Assist with computer imaging, software deployment, system upgrades, and infrastructure projects.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, printing, connectivity, and user access issues.

Maintain accurate IT documentation, procedures, and equipment records.

Assist with the support and maintenance of servers, virtualization, networking, wireless, and security infrastructure.

1-3 years of hands-on IT support or infrastructure experience.

Experience troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, computers, printers, software, password and account issues, and computer imaging.

Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical employees.

Comfortable providing hands-on support in both office and manufacturing or shop floor environments.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.

Experience with PDQ Deploy or similar software deployment and imaging tools.

Experience supporting Autodesk applications.

Familiarity with Windows Server, VMware or Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, Meraki wireless and switching, and FortiGate firewalls.
