Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients and their families.

  • Provide individual, couple, and group therapy sessions, focusing on areas such as communication difficulties, grief and loss, job stress, and conflicts among family members.

  • Utilize evidence-based therapy modalities to address concerns related to alcohol abuse, blended families, separation, and divorce adjustments.
  • \n
  • Facilitate productive therapeutic environments that encourage open communication and healing among family members.
  • \n
  • Meet regularly with interdisciplinary team members to discuss cases, share insights, and ensure holistic treatment approaches are being followed.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes to comply with regulatory standards and enhance data-driven decisions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT with Empathic Sage Counseling, you will work with a diverse patient population, including adults, children, and adolescents. Our clients often experience a variety of challenges, making it essential that you are equipped to approach therapy holistically, supporting not just the individual, but the entire family unit. You will provide care to clients facing issues from relationship strain to severe psychological distress, contributing significantly to their emotional and mental rehabilitation.

  • A valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) certification.

  • A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
