As an HCS Direct Support Professional you will be responsible for empowering the individuals we serve to live their best lives by assisting and promoting independence for the individuals we serve and providing support in all aspects of residential life, be it assisting with banking/budgeting, learning new skills, shopping, visiting friends, meal preparation, cleaning, and engaging in community activities.
