Locum Tenens Psychiatry Opportunity

• Patient contact hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
• Work 20 to 22 shifts monthly, each lasting 8 hours
• Manage an average daily census of 14 adults and 4 adolescents
• Provide inpatient psychiatric care for adults and adolescents aged 8 to 17
• Participate in on-call duties: 1:3 during the day (8 AM - 5 PM) and 1:4 for nights and weekends
• Conduct an average of 2 consultations daily

• Previous experience in psychiatry is preferred; this position is not suitable for new graduates
• Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically Cerner (transitioning to Epic)

• Inpatient setting with a focus on both adult and adolescent patients
