Dynamic Physical Therapist - Full-Time Rehab Leader

HSHS Medical Group

HSHS Medical Group in Decatur, IL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for our Rehabilitation department. The role involves evaluating patients, developing and executing treatment plans, and directing therapy services.

You will educate patients, families, and trainees while contributing to interdisciplinary team care. The position requires IL licensure within one year and BLS certification within 90 days of employment, with a work schedule of 40 hours per week during the days.
