Event Security - KC Stadium

Event Security for International Soccer Matches Join Allied Universal Event Services as an Event Security Specialist, responsible for checking bags, enforcing access control, implementing safety policies, and delivering superior customer service at Kansas City Stadium during international soccer matches. Responsibilities Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution. Allow appropriate entry into the venue, collect and/or scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, and direct traffic. Screen guests via bag searching, hand wand or metal detector, and ID verification. Protect guests, staff, and venue assets by monitoring security breaches at checkpoints. Respond quickly to crowd control issues and provide escorts for unruly guests when necessary. Demonstrate understanding of policies, procedures, and regulations of different venues, facilities, and events. Provide a positive experience for guests at entry points and other locations. Offer helpful directions and suggestions to enhance the entertainment experience. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Licensing requirements may be required by state or local law. Must successfully complete a background investigation, pre‑employment drug/alcohol test, with possible additional screening. Able to use good independent judgment and discretion. Must be able to work overtime as needed. Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
