Trauma-Informed IDD Crisis Response Specialist
Emergence Health Network
Emergence Health Network in El Paso, TX seeks a crisis-focused clinician to respond to IDD-related emergencies and provide stabilization via in-person, phone, or telehealth. You will triage in hospital settings, collaborate with medical teams, and train MCOT and law enforcement on IDD needs.
Requires a Master's in a related field and QIDP, plus experience with trauma-informed care and CBT/DBT. Strong documentation, supervision participation, and cross-team coordination are essential.
