Location: Remote Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm Classification: Full-Time, Direct Hire A global commercial insurance broker is seeking an experienced Commercial Property & Casualty Account Manager. This role involves managing a portfolio of business accounts and supporting complex accounts alongside Senior Account Managers. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experiencein Commercial Property & Casualty insurance, hold an active P&C license, and be bilingual in Japanese and English. Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end property and casualty insurance renewal process for mid-to-large corporate clients, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all renewal activities. Develop and implement strategic insurance programs, including market analysis, risk assessment, and cost optimization strategies. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering professional guidance, presentations, and recommendations tailored to their business needs. Manage complex risk portfolios, including multi-line coverage, layered programs, and specialized exposures. Negotiate terms, conditions, and premiums with insurance carriers to achieve optimal solutions for clients. Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers, Customer Service Specialists, to coordinate data collection, risk evaluation, and policy structuring. Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions to proactively advise clients on risk management strategies and insurance solutions. Maintain strong client relationships, visiting for a meeting, providing ongoing support, education, and guidance throughout the policy lifecycle. Ensure compliance with internal procedures, client requirements, and insurance regulations. Assist with prospective client meetings and presentations. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications:

Japanese bilingual fluency - reading and writing required.

Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial insurance, with a focus on Property & Casualty (P&C).

ActiveP&Clicense required.

Extensive knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance, includingWorkers' Compensation, Property, General Liability, and Commercial Auto.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Proficiency in MS Office and insurance management systems.
