Job Description

We are seeking flexible F/T and P/T VERY EXPERIENCED servers to become an integral part of our team! You will sell specials, take orders, and serve food and beverages to patrons at this up-scale, high-volume, fine dining establishment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and make all guests feel welcome to the restaurant
Serve food and beverages to guests
Explain menu items thoroughly to guests
Place customer orders accurately and efficiently into the POS system
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
Clean and prepare the dining areas for service as well as execute associated sidework
Perform other restaurant duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous experience (2-3 years preferable) in high volume fine dining restaurants a MUST!
Knowledge of wine and liquor required
Comfort serving large parties of 20 to 30 guests with other servers
Essential to be able to work collegially and cooperate with all team members and support staff
Ability to build rapport with guests
Ability to prioritize efficiently, properly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive, friendly attitude
MUST be able to work WEEKENDS (Sundays a MUST!) and HOLIDAYS
