Enrollment Advisor

Description AYS Inc is looking for a dedicated Enrollment Advisor to join our team in Indianapolis. This full-time, on-site position is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about education management and helping students achieve their academic goals. As an Enrollment Advisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions about their educational journey. Responsibilities Provide guidance and support to prospective students throughout the enrollment process Conduct outreach to potential students through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs and admissions requirements Assist students in completing applications and gathering necessary documentation Track and follow up on leads to ensure a high conversion rate Develop and maintain relationships with local high schools and community organizations Participate in enrollment events and outreach initiatives Collaborate with academic departments to provide accurate program information Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an educational setting Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Willingness to learn about various educational programs and services Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr AYS Inc
