Picture your day: a homeowner wakes to a sweltering house. You arrive, listen closely, run diagnostics, and bring the system back to peak efficiency. Before lunch, you tidy the work area, explain your findings in plain language, and recommend a smart upgrade. That afternoon, you handle a maintenance call, document your work, and head out knowing you made someone’s home safer, healthier, and more efficient.

• Service, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Diagnose issues, complete routine and emergency fixes, and verify performance through testing.
• Clean, adjust, and repair components such as air handlers, ductwork, vents, and condensate drainage systems.
• Conduct inspections, make system adjustments, recommend upgrades, and record detailed service notes.
• Communicate clearly with customers about problems, options, and preventative care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and adhere to all safety regulations.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

• 2–5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience, preferably focused on residential service.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Sharp troubleshooting and critical-thinking abilities for complex HVAC problems.
• Pride in workmanship and a consistently positive, professional demeanor.
• Customer-first mindset with excellent communication across all levels.
• Adaptable, team-oriented approach in fast-moving, changing environments.

• Lifting 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
• Climbing ladders, accessing attics, navigating tight spaces, driving, entering crawlspaces, pushing, carrying, pulling, using hand tools, and performing fine detail work.
• Ability to drive.
• Working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, attics, crawlspaces.
• Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone.
• Use hands to handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
• Regularly stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch.
• The work requires regular exposure to extreme temperatures both indoors and outdoors, such as heat or cold, and adverse weather conditions such as wind, rain, ice or snow.
