- Have excellent communication skills and love helping others.
- Stay organized and detail-oriented, even under pressure.
- Are comfortable with computers and can pick up new software quickly.

- 18+ years of age, high school diploma (or equivalent).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
- Basic office and computer skills.
- Physical ability to sit, stand, crouch, and lift up to 20 lbs.
