Duly Health and Care Glen Ellyn is seeking a Pediatrician who is committed to empowering health and elevating care for our patients while also pursuing innovative solutions with their care team that move healthcare forward.

• Competitive total rewards salary between $240,000-$250,000, which includes the opportunity for financial bonuses or stipends, CME funds, and shareholder track for equity eligibility

Compensation & Benefits The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $220,000-$230,000, depending upon the applicant's qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus, equaling total target cash compensation that may be between $240,000-$250,000.
