About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Gulfside Health & Rehab, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents, including:

• Providing direct patient care, such as administering medications, wound care, and vital signs

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals

• Monitoring resident progress and adjusting care plans as needed

• Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Florida

• Ability to work full-time or part-time, including days, evenings, and weekends
