PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER

The Production Team Member is responsible for working on a production floor assembling parts by hand, using tools or machines. Essential Functions - To perform within this position successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each of the following duties satisfactorily: Maintain a high level of quality for the products produced Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances Effectively use hand tools and/or air tools Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards Pack and store materials and products Visually inspect the quality of in-coming production line materials, eliminate defects Meet daily production goals through teamwork and continuous improvement initiatives Perform all assembly-related tasks and assignments in a safe and timely manner Ensure equipment and workstations are cleaned daily Support and communicate with Team Leaders on a daily basis Maintain housekeeping and 3R5S environment Follow guidelines and other policies established by department (according to client handbook) Read and/or enter data through computer Promote a team atmosphere Assist with creation and completion of improvement and/or cost reduction ideas Complete check sheets, reports, forms, etc as assigned with accuracy Comply with all safety rules and guidance, as well as report all recognized hazards #J-18808-Ljbffr InTime Automotive Staffing
