$109,000+ at plan yearly

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their real estate needs are met with care and expertise.
• Actively prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and community involvement to expand your client base.
• Conduct thorough market research to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on property values and trends.
• Guide clients through the buying or selling process, offering expert advice and support at every stage.
• Negotiate offers and contracts effectively, ensuring favorable terms for clients while maintaining professional integrity.
• Coordinate and conduct property showings, open houses, and virtual tours to showcase listings to potential buyers.
• Collaborate with team members and other industry professionals to deliver seamless and efficient transactions for clients and partners alike.

Qualifications:

• Must have an active SC Real Estate License (NC is a plus!). Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with care and expertise.
• Proven track record of generating leads through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable terms for clients while maintaining professional integrity.
• Ability to conduct thorough market research, providing clients with accurate and up-to-date information on property values and trends.
• Experience in guiding clients through the buying or selling process, offering expert advice and support at every stage.
• Ability to coordinate and conduct property showings, open houses, and virtual tours effectively to showcase listings to potential buyers.
