Role Description Lovein Ribman is seeking qualified construction attorneys with 6 plus years of relevant construction law or insurance defense experience to work in its DFW and/or Austin offices. Qualifications Experience with construction law. Board certified in construction law or civil trial law a major plus. Depositions of lay and expert witnesses. Strong legal writing and research skills. Bench and jury trial, first and/or second chair experience. Mediation and binding arbitration experience.
