Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately determine the mental health needs of each client, utilizing established diagnostic criteria. Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients' personal goals, ensuring measurable progress towards improvement. Provide therapeutic modalities including individual, couples, and group counseling, employing varied interventions designed to address complex mental health disorders. Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, working alongside psychologists, psychiatric providers, and other specialists to create well-rounded care strategies for clients. Maintain meticulous, confidential client records, complying with legal standards and ethical guidelines to protect client information. Regularly participate in clinical supervision meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development to enhance skills and stay informed of the latest trends in mental health treatment. Patient Population / Client Focus Our diverse client base ranges from adolescents to adults facing various emotional challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and addiction. A master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong aptitude for building rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds. Preferred Experience Previous experience working in outpatient mental health settings, engaging with both individual and group therapy. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies to support virtual client engagement. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
