Elementary School Special Education Teacher
An elementary school in the West Bend, WI area is seeking a Special Education Teacher for a full-time position for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive school team and make a meaningful impact on the academic and personal growth of students.

Located in southeastern Wisconsin, West Bend offers a welcoming community, beautiful parks and outdoor recreation, and convenient access to the greater Milwaukee area.
Responsibilities
Create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
Deliver small-group and one-on-one instruction in core subject areas
Modify curriculum and instructional materials to support diverse learners
Partner with general education teachers and support staff to promote student success
Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
Communicate with families and participate in IEP meetings
Implement behavior support strategies and interventions
Support students across a K–5 caseload
Qualifications
Previous experience in a school setting or working with children preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs
Education & Licensure
Active Wisconsin Special Education Teaching License required
ProCare Therapy offers Licensing Assistance for qualified candidates who are not yet certified in Wisconsin.
